Grease Monkey

I have an Audi Q7, which I normally just get serviced at the dealership, but I was happy I gave this place a chance. They did an amazing job and were very thorough with the inspection of my vehicle. I just came for an oil change, but they checked all my fluids and brought in strips that measured everything to show me all the things they checked. All of the staff here are super friendly, and I will be a returning customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Grade A-plus service!

We’ve all heard about 10-minute oil changes, right? This has to be the fastest oil change I’ve EVER had, including, checking all my safeties and air filter. To top it off, they were super courteous. This is my second time here My new spot!

I don’t think words can convert how great of an experience we had at Grease Monkey! The highlights are they have an incredible team, exceptional service, accurate timelines and estimates, and they aren’t pushy at all with extra work needed. I called ahead to see how long the wait would be if I brought my car over for an oil change. I was quoted about 15 to 20 minutes as there was nobody there waiting at the time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly group of gentlemen who got me checked in and quickly got to work on my oil change. I was in a time crunch due to a commitment at my child school so I really didn’t have a ton of extra time to spare and they were great about getting me in and out! They have a comfortable waiting room that was nice and cool with snack snacks and drinks with my kids really appreciated! We could watch the work being done. They took extra steps to make sure that my car was taken care of including covers for the side of my car for when they leaned over the engine, plastic wrap on the interior of my car for when they got in to drive it forward, and they wore gloves the whole time. They were very thorough and detailed in their checkup of things but also

They told us they couldn’t complete the inspection because they couldn’t access the OBD module unless they removed plastic panels and charged extra. Multiple other service centers have inspected this same vehicle without any issue, so this was surprising and concerning. Because of this experience, we won’t be returning for service. Customers should not feel taken advantage of, and businesses should be transparent and fair about any additional charges before starting work.
